Butch Durrence is the Listing and Buyer Specialist for the Durrence Group. He obtained a Construction Management Degree from Georgia Southern University in 1993 and has experience in commercial and residential real estate development. Butch started out building custom homes and time shares on Hilton Head Island. After 10 years, Butch started his own business building custom and spec homes in the Savannah area. He became a licensed Realtor in 2012 as a part of Durrence Group Real Estate. In his time off, Butch loves to play golf, read, travel and spend time with family.
